Tip 1 – How long to cover for?
You should only set the period of cover for as long as you need it. Don’t think you need to take out a policy for 25 years if you don’t need it. If you need one for 12 years then get one.

Tip 2 – Switching Cover
Like a mortgage you can switch your insurance when you want to. Changes in Level term rates or personal circumstance such as giving up smoking or living in a smaller house may mean you could save a substantial amount on your premiums.

Tip 3 – Discounted Brokers
You can find a number of discounted brokers on the internet. This means they take some of their “commissions” and give it back to the consumer. This way they “discount” your premium.
